Lynsley S. Roberts MAI, SRA

 

Lynsley was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and has been a resident of Franklin, TN for the past 30+ years. Lynsley graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration in May 1978. Lynsley started off her Appraising career working for R. Paul Pertutelli Company in Nashville, an Independent Fee Appraisal Firm, as a Staff Appraiser. After working as a Staff Appraiser for 8 years, Lynsley decided to go out on her own and start her own Appraisal Company.  In 1993 Lynsley created Roberts Appraisal Company, Inc. After working for 15 years she has created her company to being a family business. In 2008 Brittany R. Fitzgerald, daughter, joined Roberts Appraisal as a Certified Residential Appraiser. In 2011 Roberts Appraisal added Carter Fitzgerald, son-in-law, as our new Appraiser Trainee and in 2013 last but not least Bailey B. Roberts, daughter-in-law joined the Roberts Appraisal Co. team as a Staff Assistant.  Lynsley enjoys watching college football on Saturdays, traveling the world, and spending time with her family and friends.
